GDQ CERTIFICATION TRAINING
The GDQ is a valid and reliable team assessment instrument that measures a team's effectiveness. Practitioners learn to administer the GDQ and learn to use it to help teams improve performance. Teams that we have measured significantly improve performance after a facilitated team session.
